How do I access past orders placed with PalmGear.com?

To access your order history or download your software for this or any other order again do the following:

Log into your My PalmGear account via the My PalmGear icon

1. Click on "Order Review"

2. Click on the order number which is associated with the software you need to access the fulfillment information for.  The link for download will be within the window that pops up upon clicking on the order number. For software titles that are not fulfilled directly by PalmGear click on the "Resend" button and the developer will be notified so that they may email to you the registration code if needed.

Note:

-Orders placed via PalmGear.com prior to 02/2003 are not accessible.

-For orders placed via the Palm.com Software Connection on or after JUNE 2005, go to http://swc.palmone.com/us/html/ and click on "My SWC Account".

-If you cannot recall the password associated with an account there is a link that will email log in info to you.
