Can I use my Palm handheld with Mac OS x?

If you install Palm(tm) Desktop software 4.1 for Mac on Mac OS 9 and later upgrade to Mac OS X, follow these steps:

  1. Move the Palm folder from the Mac OS 9 Documents folder to the Mac User's Documents folder in Mac OS X.
  2. Run the Palm Desktop software 4.1 installer in Mac OS X.
  3. Reinstall any third-party conduits. Check with the Mac OS X conduit developers for information on updates to their conduits.


NOTE: The Palm(tm) Desktop software version 2.6 for Mac is not compatible with Mac OS X. You will need to download the latest version via the link above.
