You may update any information related to orders placed via your My PalmGear profile at our site. To update do the following:

1. Click on My PalmGear at our site and enter the User Name and Password you chose when the account was created

2. Click on "Edit Account"

3. Edit the fields to reflect the new/corrected information.

4. Click on Update

To access your order history or download your software for this or any other order again do the following:

1. Click on "Order Review"

2. Click on the Order Number for the software you need to access the fulfillment information for. For software titles that are not fulfilled directly by PalmGear click on the "Resend" button and the developer will be notified so that they may email to you the registration code.
