Address/Contacts: How do I expand the number of categories?
Alas, there is not a way within the built in Address/Contact application to increase the number of categories. A possible solution though may be to use third party software such as KeySuite by Chapura. KeySuite allows multiple profiles as well as includes many enhancements to the other built in applications such as Tasks, DateBooks and MemoPad. Please note that KeySuite is designed to work directly with Microsoft Outlook.
