The first thing you should do is contact the bank or Credit Company in which the charges are originating from. Inform them of the charges that have been made without your consent and most banks or Credit Companies should follow up on the charges in question. They will contact PalmGear in regards to charges that apply to purchases on our site
If in the case the only fraudulent charge was placed via PalmGear, please contact Fraud@PalmGear.com and we will look into getting all fraudulent charges refunded.
To help prevent fraud, contact the issuer of your credit card and ask about options and tips that will help prevent you from being a victim of fraud. You can also find useful information at www.ifccbi.org (Internet Fraud Complaint Center)
