Can I use my Palm on a Wi-Fi network?

Yes and maybe.  Depending on the make and model of you hand held, you may already have Wi-Fi built in or there are accessories available to get you on your home/office wireless network using your Palm powered device.

Several companies including Symbol and Socket sell 802.11b CompactFlash cards that work in TRGpro and HandEra 330 devices. The Sony ARM devices also have a CompactFlash slot that supports only a specific CF wi-fi card sold by Sony.

Xircom sells an 802.11b Springboard module for Handspring Visor owners.

Several companies are also developing 802.11b SDIO cards that should work in all Palm-branded devices with SD slots.

If you are working for a company that uses wireless then you will need to consult your LAN Administrtor or technical support team to provide you the information needed to connect to the Corporate Wi-Fi network.
