If you have placed an order via PalmGear.com, that order has been stored and can be referenced at anytime.  You can find these past orders by logging into “My PalmGear”  and clicking on the icon labeled <Order Review>.  Here you will see each individual order number and upon clicking the desired order number you will see the products purchased within this order.  Here is where you will be able to request the registration code again.  Now PalmGear currently has 3 types of fulfillment:

1)                  File Fulfillment – This means upon purchase you can visit the “My PalmGear” page and click on <Order Review>.  Click on the order that was placed and click on the file that was stated in your confirmation email was File Fulfillment.  A screen will appear and a link to the full version will be available for download.

2)                  Automatic Code Generation – This means once you place an order, an email will be sent to you automatically with a code provided from the developer to PalmGear.  Any product that is Automatic Code Generation will be available for viewing at anytime in the order history page.

3)                  Developer – This means once an order is placed, a communication is sent to the developer(s) of the application(s) you purchased and the developer is responsible for the turn around of the code for their product.

Type 1 and 2 are real time fulfillment and you will be able to start using the full unrestricted version of the software immediately.  But developer fulfillment can take up to 48 hours due to time zones as well as a large portion of our developers are located in other countries.  Depending on the way a developer sends their fulfillment, a code can be sent in real-time as well.

If you need these codes or files because you uninstalled an application or your hand held experience a failure which resulted in loss of data.  You may revert back to <Order Review> in the “My PalmGear” page and either download the full version, get the automatically generated code or in the case of developer fulfillment, request for the developer to resend you a code.
